Please note, effectively immediately, we are unable to increase Exchange and UTORmail quotas, or perform account migrations between systems, due to space constraints.
Please work with your clients to manage their use of email as a storage mechanism. Helpful resources for managing accounts is available from the Information Commons: http://help.ic.utoronto.ca/category/4/faculty-%26-staff-email.html (this includes managing the storage of messages with attachments).
A resolution to this issue is pending the outcome of discussions around Faculty & Staff eCommunications.
